About the Company
This is a small family run organisation based in Wairau Valley, they are looking for a Receptionist/ Administrator to join their small team. With parking on site my client is looking for somebody who is available to work weekends on a rostered part-time basis where you will have at least one weekend off every month (2 if preferred). This small team have a great sense of humour and are looking for somebody who can be part of that.
This is a role which comes with no stress and the team genuinely love being there, once you lock those doors at 5pm you really have clocked off! The role would suit somebody who is looking for a friendly, relaxed place to work with nice people or a student who is looking for some extra work!
About the Role
Answering phone/ email queries
Basic accounting which will involve checking daily banking and checking AP’s and invoicing
Face to face customer interactions/ customer service
Ad hoc support as required
You will have worked in retail or hospitality and want a change into an office environment or had experience within an office environment and want a change
A strong communicator who is passionate about good customer service
Be available to work for two to three weekends in a month
You will be comfortable with this not being a sit at your desk role as you may be up on your feet attending to customer needs.
