Job Description:
The Role
We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to join this global organisation who are making a positive difference on the world. The focus of the Administrator is to ensure effective day to day running of the NZ office, you will be assigned areas of responsibilities which will include
Assisting Team Leaders with organising meetings as well as diary and email management
Assist with general admin enquiries
Book meetings, organise catering and prepare and clean up meeting rooms
Organise and manage travel requirements
Update and maintain team records
Prepare reports, letters, emails as requested
Assist with phone enquiries
Participate in office related support networks and meetings
Ideal Experience
Previous experience in a similar role working in an office environment
Client and customer service experience
Experience supporting large teams is desirable but not essential
Advanced proficiency of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent written and verbal communication, literacy and numeracy skills
