This not for profit organisation have a temporary position available for an Accounts Administrator in their team.

You will need to hit the ground running with your AP experience and be a team player willing to help out in other areas.

This is a busy office with a small but great team environment.

Duties include, but not be limited to

Accounts Payable

Managing Emails

Onboarding new suppliers

Preparation of reports


Supplier queries

Data Entry

Skills and Experience

Accounts experience 1 years +

Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, Sharepoint & Xero

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

A natural multitasker

Highly organised

Ability to take ownership and handle supplier queries

Exposure and knowledge of disability sector

Exposure and knowledge of disability sector
