A highly attractive opportunity has arisen to join an organisation who are currently looking for an Accounts Administrator to join their successful thriving team based in Mangere.

The Opportunity

As the Accounts Administrator you will be reporting into the Company Accountant and will support the finance team with a range of accounting duties. You will be responsible for

Key responsibilities

Accounts Payable Processing

Accounts Receivable support

Daily Bank reconciliations

Supporting with month end

Reporting

Inbox management

Customer Service support

About you

Minimum 1 + years’ experience in a similar role

Proficient in Microsoft packages

Strong customer service mindset

Intermediate Excel and analytical skills

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Strong attention to detail

Experience in Xero is desirable

Experience in Xero is desirable
