This dynamic team is on the lookout for customer service representatives with an innate ability to build rapport, problem-solve and provide technical support. The Role

Ongoing part-time contract

20 hours a week on a rotating roster

Full flexibility for shifts between 7am - 9pm required.

Saturday, Sunday and Monday.

Central Wellington

As a Technical Customer Support Representative you will be

First point of contact providing customer service

Troubleshooting technical issues with the customerLogging incidents and managing support processes with the customer.
