We are seeking a Contact Centre Team Leader to join this Wellington based team. You will work alongside another Team Leader and have support from highly experienced individuals from management, trainers and the CSR's. Our client provide a variety of support to its customers - predominantly membership services with a customer focused approach. In this role you will be leading a team - performing all aspects of leadership from rostering, coaching, mentoring and ensuring that SLA's are met.
