We are seeking an experienced Contact Centre Team Leader to join this Wellington based contact centre. You will work alongside another Team Leader and have support from highly experienced individuals from management to CSR's. Our client provide a variety of support to its customers - predominantly technical support with a customer focused approach. In this role you will be leading upto 17 CSR's - performing all aspects of leadership from rostering, coaching, mentoring and ensuring that KPIs are met.
Experience leading in a contact centre environment
Fast learner and tech savvy
Lead by example and coach/mentor your team to a high standard
Flexibility with working hours - Monday to Friday (7am - 7pm)
