We are seeking an experienced Contact Centre Team Leader to join this Wellington based contact centre. You will work alongside two other experienced Team Leaders and have support from highly experienced individuals from management to CSR's. Our client provide a variety of support to its customers - predominantly technical support with a customer focused approach. In this role you will be leading a new team of CSR's - performing all aspects of leadership from rostering, coaching, mentoring and ensuring that KPIs are met.
Experience leading in a contact centre environment - this could be in an acting role or you are an experienced senior, ready to take the next step up in your career
Fast learner and tech savvy
Lead by example and coach/mentor your team to a high standard
Flexibility with working hours
