Job Description:

We’re on the lookout for an organised, resilient, and experienced Supply Planner - Assistant. The role is based in New Market, Auckland. You should have an understanding of the international freight process. The role will include the following stock throughout its journey to New Zealand, identifying gaps, delays and consolidating information to report back to the account manager. You will have strong attention to detail, be great with meeting deadlines, and up for a challenge. If this sounds like you, read on!

To be successful in the role

Degree level qualification in Supply Chain Management/Business

Strong experience in planning roles in the Supply Chain function

Successfully follow up with key contacts through the logistics journey with an emphasis on urgency.

A keen eye for detail, able to identify gaps and delays

Able to extract and consolidate information to pass onto management

Have SAP software experience

Use Excel effectively

Strong attention to detail

A self-motivated individual with the skills required to meet tight deadlines
