Job Description:

This is a fantastic opportunity for great customer service candidates. My client is looking for someone who will be able to assist customers in the showroom and over the phone. This role is within a great organisation in the building industry, supplying bathroom products to wholesalers and the public.

Key Responsibilities

Greeting customers in the showroom

Assisting clients that are in the showroom

Take phone calls and assist customers where needed

Order tracking

Freight Management

Requirements

Available Immediately or within 2 weeks

Able to work Monday to Friday and some Saturdays

Must have face to face customer service experience

This role is a fixed term contract for 6 months and is based outside of Christchurch City.
