Randstad has an opportunity for a seasoned Agile Coach to join a well-established global organisation in their Ōtautahi | Christchurch offices. If you're actively looking for the next step in your career make sure to apply below

Some of must haves

More than 2 + years of experience playing the Scrum Master role for a software development team

Coordinate further refinement (as required), sprints, retrospectives, reviews, planning sessions, and daily stand-ups

Lead and help build a productive environment where team members ‘own' the delivery of a quality product and enjoy working on it

Coach the teams to be self-managing, to measure their progress, improve velocity and technical practices, and provide meaningful estimates to the business

Skills / Experience you can offer (not mandatory however very desirable)

Knowledge of other Agile approaches: XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD, etc.

Awareness and experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games

Applicable knowledge of the technologies used by the team

Working knowledge of one or more of the following tools: Coda, Aha, Jira, Realtime Board, Visio, SharePoint, Confluence

Experience with modern product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Pendo, Heap, etc)
