Job Description:

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join one of the leading childcare providers in New Zealand for a t emporary assignment.

The successful candidates will demonstrate strong communication skills, with a proven ability to successfully execute end to end recruitment and effectively support the team.

Skills Needed for the Role

At least 3 years of proven experience in an internal recruitment function

Excellent stakeholder management skills

A collaborative working style and the ability to work well independently

A high level of agility along with the ability to work under pressure, prioritise effectively meeting deadlines and multitasking

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Exceptional standards of accuracy and attention to detail
