Job Description:
We're looking for a Project Administrator who is interested in a fantastic opportunity to work within a government organisation that works to provide justice in New Zealand. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Administrator to work in this organisation's busy property team. This role is an immediate start for 7 weeks with potential to extend.
about the role
You’ll be required to provide administrative support for the Property team. This includes maitaining financial records, organise meetings, note taking, document tracking and processing inovices. Property and government experience is advantageous.

have proven experience in administration roles
have proven experience in property, proiect or facilities based roles
have excellent organisational skills
have proficient computer skills (Word, Outlook, Excel)
be proactive and show initiative
be adaptable, flexible and willing to take on tasks at hand
be a team player
knowledge of financial software
