Job Description:

We're looking for a Personal Assistant who is proactive, interactive and eager to provide excellent administrative support to their general manager and wider team. This role would suit an experienced Team Administrator who has had exposure to diary and email management and minute taking. If you are looking for a step up in your career or looking for a new and exciting challenge as a PA then please put your name forward.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone seeking a Permanent role. This position is handy to the train station and seeking somebody to start immediately!

about the role

You will be kept busy with tasks such as diary and email management, financial administration, preparing agendas, taking minutes at meetings, ad hoc project work to streamline and improve internal processes, travel arrangements for the general manager and senior leadership team and playing a key role in the function of this division within a government agency.

have proven direct support experience

have excellent organisational skills

able to understand the bigger picture

be proactive and show initiative

be able to foster and build meaningful relationships

be a confident communicator both verbal and written

be proficient using Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
