Job Description:

We're looking for an experienced Personal/Executive Assistant to provide excellent personal assistance to a very busy manager within a vibrant and interesting team! This is an excellent 6-week temporary assignment starting immediately!

about the role

You will be kept busy with tasks such as preparing files, communication and support to staff across the business unit, diary management, and taking minutes /actions at meetings. A varied role that requires someone to be able to adjust quickly to a busy and sometimes reactive environment.

about you (the ideal candidate would)

have proven direct support experience

have excellent organisational skills

able to understand the bigger picture

be proactive and show initiative

be a relationship builder

be a confident communicator both verbal and written

be proficient using Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
