Job Description:

We are currently searching for a passionate and experienced Human Resources Professional, to be part of an organisation that makes a real difference. This exciting opportunity is for a 12-month fixed-term contract and located in Ashburton. The great part to this role as well, is that they have flexible working from home arrangements for those who may have other commitments. Some other benefits for joining this organisation include travel allowances for those based out of Ashburton (to be discussed), additional sick leave, corporate health insurance plan and a friendly and supportive environment.

about the role

You’ll be required to support the organisation with a variety of HR duties, and you will be responsible for a specific portfolio in the business, which can be based on the successful individuals previous experience. You will also be tasked with building relationships across the business, employment documentation, recruitment, learning and development and general administration where necessary, as well as supporting with the payroll function.

The ideal candidate would have the following skills and experience

experience in HR Advisory roles as well Payroll

excellent organisational skills

coordination skills

problem solving skills

proficient computer skills (knowledge of Snap Hire is a bonus)

professional writing skills

proactive, resilient, and personable attitude
