My client is looking for an Office Manager to provide support towards a programme investing in Wellington’s future in a joint venture.
The purpose of this role is to lead the operational support of the programme ensuring efficient and professional operation and administrative support is provided. The key focus is ensuring systems and processes are consistent, compliance is met, and excellent service standards are achieved across all functions the team provides.
This role works to ensure the smooth running of facilities, and business tools. It is the lead support for business assistant functions including office management, financial and month end administration, HR Support, event management support, Facilities Management, IT Programme support and other specialist business support functions.
