Job Description:
This position is for a part time Admin / Accounts person with occasional office manager and receptionist duties for a busy Mount Eden based healthcare facility.
This unique role will be approx 20 hours per week. You will be confident working autonomously, and be able to put your hand to most tasks, whether that be answering the phones, greeting occasional visitors, ordering office equipment and the general accounting duties.
Responsibilities
Accounts including invoicing, PAYE, Payroll and monitoring of the monthly pay run
Administration including data entry, emails, and basic preparation for EOY
Office Management including key tracking, overseeing the ordering system
Occasional reception and phone cover
Experience required
Confident and experienced in general admin duties with an eye for detail
Organised, strong communication written and orally
Experience in customer service and using computer systems
Office management or experience in ensuring the smooth running of workplace
2 years experience in accounts / finance
