About This Role

This is

a 6 month contract opportunity starting ASAP

Full Time

24/7 rotating roster, 6 days on - 4 days off

$28 per hour + 8% holiday pay

Johnsonville location

You will be responsible for

Using the latest technology to track and monitor real-time events

Providing frontline customer service over the phone, email and via social media

Working in a team providing operational support and response to incidents

Liaising with the relevant emergency services to ensure the safety of the NZ public

Communicating with the NZ public to help them plan their travels/ensure their safety

About You

We are looking for people who

have a strong customer service background

have a strong customer service background

are effective communicators

enjoy a challenge and are able to adapt in an agile environment where no two days are the same

can effectively manage workloads and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

is confident working independently, as well as part of a strong, supportive team
