Job Description:

We are looking for a candidate with a can do attitude, initiative and the ability to be proactive. This role is based in an organisation with less than 100 people so it naturally has a family tight-knit feel. The team you will support are professional and successful with a "work hard, play hard" attitude.

This is a rewarding role with a great company and positive team culture. It may suit someone who has 1-2 year junior administration experience who is looking for their next challenge!

About the role

This is a permanent position where you will be providing support to a small (2-3 people) but mighty Sales team who are a well oiled machine. Your role is to continue to provide excellent administration support to this team and the wider office.

Duties include (but are not limited to)

Booking travel and accommodation

Ordering stationary and food supplies

Processing quotes

Being the first point of contract for customers via telephone and face to face (this is not a reception based role).

Liaise with the IT team to set up new starters

Be a regular liaison with other administration staff based outside of Wellington

Contribute to quotations, proposals and tender documents To be successful in this role the following attributes are desired

Previous administration experience

Proficient Microsoft Suite skillsExcellent organisational skills

High attention to detail

Excellent time management
