Job Description:

We're looking for an excellent Legal Personal Assistant who is interested in a rewarding opportunity within the public sector. Ideally you will have experience in the legal sector but if you are a strong and quick to learn administrator this could be your next exciting challenge!

about the role

Duties include diary management for counsel, setting up meetings, managing the document management system for files and caseloads, processing invoices, converting documents, document management and any other ad hoc administrative tasks as required. This is a busy role, within a team of 15-20 but supportive, social and bubbly who also like to have a laugh.

about you (the ideal candidate would)

have proven experience in a legal support role

have excellent organisational skills

have proficient computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, MS Teams)

be able to build rapport quickly

have a positive and eager attitude
