Job Description:

We are looking for an Inbound Sales Agent superstars to join the team, to join Online Republic the global e-commerce booking agent for land travel across the world, following two positions are available

30 hour per week or 40 hours per week with shifts ranging between the hours of 6am-10pm

About you

You will be passionate, driven, and motivated individuals who will strive for customer satisfaction as well as strong conversion on sales

Previous travel experience or personal travel experiences highly regarded especially in a customer service environment.

One or more languages would be an advantage especially Spanish or Mandarin

Self-driven and self-managing

Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise work queries

Ability to be flexible, and have the willingness to learn

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work at pace and under pressure

About the role

Taking inbound calls from new and existing customers in relation to their upcoming travel needs. Working within a global specialist motorhome brand turns customer holiday dreams into reality by creating an effortless experience

You will follow a good consultative sales process, ensuring you uncover the customer needs and provide them with the solutions for their motorhome experience

Aim to respond to customers within a 30-second response rate with customers always coming firstBenefits
