Job Description:

We are looking for an Inbound Customer Service superstars to join Online Republic the global e-commerce booking agent for land travel across the world, following two positions are available

30 hour per week -Tuesday to Saturday 6pm – 12.30am

40 hours per week - Sunday to Thursday 12pm – 8.30pm

About you

You will be passionate, driven, and motivated individuals who want to learn and want to provide help to others through resolving questions and enquiries.

Previous travel experience or personal travel experiences highly regarded especially in a customer service environment

Knowledge of Mandarin or Spanish languages an advantage

A desire to sell

Ability to be flexible and willing to learn

Self-managing

Strong attention to detail, ability to work at pace and well under pressure is important

About the role

You will be dealing with a number of tickets issued for customers in relation to existing booking amendments, queries and cancellations

Taking calls mainly from customers and sometimes suppliersIssues range from general enquiries regarding booking, amendments and complaints. Follow-ups and contacting the supplier and customer with updates via email, chat and phone

You will be confident at navigating systems, working across two screens and meeting customer's needs
