Job Description:

We are looking for Customer Experience/Call Centre Operators to join a well-known global brand who are expanding their New Zealand operations. In this role, you will be part of a multi-functional team that provides exceptional customer service solutions to a wide range of customers and problems. You will be working for an organisation with a reputation for excellence, a diverse workforce and a focus on the ongoing development of their staff.

You will be given comprehensive training before being able to work autonomously.

About you

Driven to learn and develop your skillset

You will have excellent communication skills both verbal and written

You have a real desire to help people and make a difference

Ability to think outside the box and solve complex issues

You want to work with great people

You are self-motivated

You must have reliable internet, a headset and a computer

Must be located in the Auckland region to attend training days in the city
