The company

As a new crown entity, with a focus to really help Aotearoa create positive change, my client is looking for someone to come in and roll up their sleeves. You will contribute, from a HR perspective, to ensure there is support for this small, and passionate team.

The role

This role is a 6 month fixed term contract for an experienced HR Generalist. You will work alongside the GM of Governance and Corporate Services to deliver the following

Recruitment including creating Job Descriptions and Ad Templates

Health and Wellbeing strategy

Flexible working including looking at different ways of working

Skill gap analysis

Provide sound and consistent HR advice and support managers

Skills and experience

The successful candidate will brings 4+ years of experience in a generalist role who has

Implemented HR policies and procedures from scratch

Knowledge of HR practices

Experience working in agile environmentThe confidence to suggest and implement new ideas

Excellent communication skills
