This dynamic, small team facilitates online learning within this specialized industry through an in-house e-learning platform. We are looking for someone to join this team as the first point of contact, specifically supporting this system.

About The Role

We are looking for a mindful individual, with a natural, customer-centric approach to

provide first/second-level technical support to all users

troubleshooting over the phone

ticket management

ensuring up-to-date content is functional for users

database management

About You

If you are looking for an opportunity to take on more responsibility, as solo charge supporting a learning management system, then this could be the role for you.

We are looking for someone with

2 years minimum experience on a helpdesk or service deskExperience working with CRMs and on Microsoft Systems

Natural high performers with strong people/customer service skills

The ability to adapt to shifting priorities

Self-direction when managing their own workload

Interest in development could be beneficial for future personal progression
