Job Description:

Are you a senior finance professional looking for a broad remit within a unique organisation as a Finance Business Partner?

We are currently working with a Public Sector Organisation as they look for a Finance Business Partner to provide expert financial and non-financial strategic advice in order to improve key decisions support to senior stakeholders.

You will have a proven Senior Management Accounting/Business Partnering background, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities whilst building rapport with a range of audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Take responsibility for monitoring revenue and expenditure against budget and forecast, alongside variance analysis and coordination of revenue, expenditure and capital budget and forecasts.

Develop and maintain financial reporting, with the end user in mind whilst following best practise.

Understand and advise on business impacts on expenditure and revenue in order to ensure effective and efficient use of resources across the organisation.

Develop and build key relationships with managers across the business, influencing decision making and providing strategic advice in order to achieve desired outcomes.

Provide modelling and financial analysis expertise to support service delivery.

Key Requirements

CA, CPA Qualification or equivalent

Proven Management Accounting/Business Partnering experience within a complex organisation

Ability to build relationships and influence a range of audiences
