Desktop Support - 5 month fixed term
In this you will be responsible for taking ownership and being an expert in desktop troubleshooting, with a focus on desktop operating systems and supporting applications to resolve complex issues.
Key focus for this role will be logging (ticketing system) and responding to support queries received.
At least 3 years of professional experience providing IT support through either service desk or desktop support functions
A hands-on technical support resource, with confident level 2 technical and troubleshooting skills
Moderate level knowledge in ticketing tools
Windows Server support skills
Helping users troubleshoot hardware, networking or software issues.
Being part of a project team to improve end user desktop experience.
