Job Description:

We are looking for skilled individuals to provide general administration and assistance to one of the leading healthcare providers in New Zealand based in Rosedale.

Please note this role is a temporary assignment with a possibility of extension till the end of the year.

The successful candidates will demonstrate strong communication skills, have excellent data entry skills and the ability to operate effectively.

Skills Needed for the Role

Prior experience working in an administrative role preferably within the healthcare industry

A collaborative working style and the ability to work well independently

A strong customer focus and demonstrated initiative

A high level of agility along with the ability to work under pressure, prioritise effectively meeting deadlines and multitasking

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Exceptional standards of accuracy and attention to detail
