As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be assisting customers with

Answering inbound and outbound calls

Assisting with payment enquiries

Help customers make amendments to their policies

Taking customers through an excellent experience

Answering questions

About you

Customer service experience is essential

Excellent verbal and written communication

Have the motivation to learn and upskill yourself

Fast learner with high attention to detailWhat is in it for you?

$49,000 salary per annum + health insurance and wellness benefits

Monday - Friday rostered hours

Located in brand new offices in Wynyard Quarter
