About the Role
As a Customer Service Agent, you will proactively engage with customers around a variety of insurance products through the art of great conversation and customer-centric based relationships. This is a customer service role with targets on customer satisfaction and call quality. On a day to day basis you will be taking inbound calls from customers and will provide them with superior service by offering the right solutions for their needs. Calls will be regarding general information changes, billing and changes to current insurance policies.
The role will require you to be available to work between Monday and Friday 8 am – 7 pm and Saturday 9 am – 6 pm
We are looking for customer service superstars that have a track record for delivering exceptional experiences to customers. You will need to be informative and helpful to customers on inbound calls and emails. My client looks for people that can deliver a friendly service and prefer a down to earth approach on calls. You will need to be solution-focused and comfortable thinking outside the box a little! Previous phone-based or call centre experience is desired or you may have strong experience working towards KPIs and targets which could be transferred into this role.
You will be a quick learner, with the ability to retain information about a variety of products and services that may change regularly and you will be technically savvy with the ability to work across multiple platforms at any one time.
