If this sounds like you we are currently looking for Contact Centre Representatives to join a busy call centre for a well-known not-for-profit organisation.

The role

You will be working within a friendly, outgoing contact centre team for a reputable New Zealand charity.

This position will require you to answer inbound phone calls from a range of potential and existing customers. You will be expected to provide excellent customer service, inputting information into computer systems, and where required contacting other services and teams to provide further assistance to the customer.

The ability to multitask in this role is essential.

The role requires you to have an impeccable phone manner, strong emotional intelligence, be tech-savvy, and display a strong desire to assist and provide exceptional customer service.

The organisation

You will be working for a well-known New Zealand company with charitable status. This organisation is a major employer and are known for their positive, everyday contributions to the wider community.

Their modern office is based in Mt Wellington, offering easy parking options and a comfortable working environment.

Hours and shifts

This is a full-time role (40 hours per week).

Your hours would be rostered 5 days a week (Monday - Sunday), between 7am and 7pm with potential weekend shifts

Pay rate

The rate of pay for this role is $23 per hour + 8% holiday pay.

To apply for this role, you must

Be a New Zealand citizen, resident, or have a valid open work visa

Be able to pass a Police Check (no criminal convictions)

Have proven customer service experience (e.g. in contact centres, hospitality, retail, reception etc. - please note previous contact centre experience is NOT required for this role)

Be an excellent spoken and written communicator

Be technically apt, and able to pick up new technology and systems quickly and accurately, AND

Have a strong work ethic, enjoy helping people, and be a committed team player.
