customer service - inbound
We are looking for customer service advisors to join a busy inbound customer service team based in Takapuna.
This is a 4 week assignment, and the responsibilities of the role are very basic
Answering calls and recording basic data such as name and contact details
Data entry into the system
Short calls (under 5 minutes) high volume
The role will be based in Takapuna, and will be for approximately 4 weeks, the hours will be 13:30 - 22:00 Thursday to Monday.
No specific experience is required for this role as you will receive training however you must be confident in communicating over the phone and able to ask for assistance when needed.
