We have full-time customer service roles available with Southern Cross Health Society as a Customer Service Consultant in their Auckland based contact centre.

What you will be doing

Providing exceptional customer service which promotes member satisfaction and brand loyalty​

You’ll ensure our members are getting value out of their insurance products by resolving enquiries and making policy changes

​Contribute to a culture of accountability, ownership, and trust amongst the team ​

Demonstrate consistent and excellent results against performance targets ​

Working 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday
