Job Description:

Are you seeking your next customer service opportunity? Are you a resilient, customer focussed and hard working person? This could be the role for you!

This is a complaints resolutions role that will not only require you to resolve the customer’s queries but identify the root cause where possible. You will be required to provide consistent and timely follow ups to complaints and claims whilst ensuring compliance to Regulatory and Company service Standards. This role will require you to manage complex customer inquiries and complaints within a fast based environment

About the role

Full time Monday to Friday normal working hours

Fast paced, high volume role

Based in Lower Hutt

Phone and email based communications

12 months fixed term contract with a possibility for extension

Corporate environment

ASAP start

The ideal candidate will have

Previous experience in a customer service or resolutions role

Resilience and conflict management

A can do attitude and customer focussed approachHigh typing speed and accurate data entry skills

Attention to detail

Working rights

Ability to work as part of a team

You must have

Previous customer service experience

A clear credit history

Be happy to complete a data entry, typing and customer service assessment

No prior convictions
