Job Description:
Located in Central Wellington, this role sits within a growing organisation within the financial service industry. The working environment and team is cohesive and supportive, with opportunity to have flexible working arrangements once you have settled into the role.
Key responsiblities include
Sourcing of all relevant information as needed
Processing mandatory and voluntary corporate actions
Loading and calculation(where required) of manually priced securities
Monitoring bank accounts for corporate action payments
Responsible for processing Corporate Action Events
Reconciling client holdings
Monitoring and maintaining prices for listed and unlisted securities
Communicating effectively with 3rd parties
Provide support to Securities and Corporate Actions
Assisting Custodial operations as needed
The following experience is required
Two years experience in a similar roleProven knowledge and understadning of the NZ Financial services sector
Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
Understanding of taxation rules
Excellent communication skills
