About the Company
This established organisation is an established community services provider, with a focus on addictions and mental health service provision. With a particular focus on the Adolescent Clientele (10-24) we are known to go the extra mile to support these clients with their needs.
Our Youth Service provides 1:1 counselling and group sessions in schools, community centres and within our offices. We also pride ourselves on providing mentorship to our clients to help them achieve their goals.
About the role
We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Professional with leadership experience to take on this hybrid position.
You will be responsible for the Clinical Oversight and responsible for coordinating our team of counsellors and support workers. The objective here is to guide them with supporting our youth clients who are typically experiencing mild to moderate mental health issues.
Aside from the leadership role, you will also have your own caseload.
Your Responsibility
Clinical recommendations
Risk and referral management
Adequate resourcing of staff as well as supervision and performance management
Coordinate care and treatment plans with secondary services
Prioritise the most critical tasks and work through them
To be successful in this roleYou will need a Mental Health background, Mental Health Nurse, Social Worker, Clinical Psychologist, Psychotherapist, or Occupational Therapist
You will need to be a registered professional with an Annual Practicing Certificate
You will have the ability to problem solve
