About the Company
This established organisation is an established community services provider, with a focus on addictions and mental health service provision. We are of the mindset that we want to support everyone to lead a life that is healthy and fulfilling, and with our clinical experience and skill we endeavour to be the support network our clients need to stand up on their own feed.
Our Live In service is an 8 week programme where we focus on 7 clients at any one time. Across the programme we run organised activities for the residence and implement therapeutic interventions. We support clients with alcohol and drug related needs.
About the role
We are looking for a Mental Health professional with a valid registration to provide Clinical Oversight and be responsible for coordinating our team of counsellors and support workers. The objective here is to guide them with supporting our community who are typically experiencing mild to moderate mental health issues and co-existing alcohol drug related issues.
Your Responsibility
Clinical recommendations
Risk and referral management
Adequate resourcing of staff as well as supervision and performance management
Coordinate care and treatment plans with secondary services
Prioritise the most critical tasks and work through them
To be successful in this role
You will need a Mental Health background, Mental Health Nurse, Social Worker, Clinical Psychologist, Psychotherapist, or Occupational Therapist
You will need to be a registered professional with an Annual Practicing CertificateYou will have the ability to problem solve
