Job Description:
We are currently looking for an experienced Centre Administrator for an Early Learning School based in Parnell. The successful candidate will be an experienced administrator with APT/reporting experience. Excellent customer service is a must in this role.
This is a permanent part-time position with set hours. A 7:30 am/8 am start and 12 pm/1 pm finish, Monday to Friday.
Requirements
Demonstrable experience with enrolment and information platforms such as APT/ Phoenix or a similar system
Previous experience working in the education sphere
Strong customer service
A positive and proactive approach to work with the ability to meet deadlines
A highly organised and systematic approach to work
Excellent administration skills and strong attention to details
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
