These trials give the medical specialists and Counties Manukau patients greater access to better, innovative medicines and new medical devices. Some More Information About The Role You will work closely with the Company Accountant to provide timely and accurate accounting and processing support to achieve company objectives. Responsibilities include
Accounts payable & receivable
Daily bank reconciliations
Assist with monthly reporting Career development and training are a huge focus of this organisation, so this role is perfect for someone who is looking to finish their CA qualification! So, Who Are You? It is key that you be a proven and experienced finance professional ideally with 2-5 years in a transactional role, with the confidence to autonomously prepare general accounts and pick up new systems and technology quickly.You must be proficient in Excel and have knowledge of V-looks and Pivot Tables. Strong communication skills are a must along with being a team player as you will be working in a tight-knit team and with external stakeholders. Lastly, due to the nature of the organisation, you will have the ability to multi-task and manage your time and workload effectively Please note this role is only suitable for someone with permanent residency or NZ citizenship.
