This role sits within a well known banking organisation, located in Central Wellington. The main purpose of the role is provide a high level of customer service to its clients by completing the day to day operational and settlement activities of the business.
Please note, this role requires spending time talking through any arising issues with customers on the phone, so excellent phone manner, patience and customer service skills are a MUST.
Amongst other tasks, you will be responsible for
Client onboarding, account openings and closures
Maintenance of client accounts
Ensuring all compliance and AML/CFT requirements are met
Processing financial transactions
Capturing and maintaining security documentation
