About the Role

This is a 10-month fixed term parental leave over contract and can be based in either Wellington or Auckland. This role provides bespoke travel solutions for a range of corporate and government clients, requiring high levels of customer service.

This is a commercial and market knowledge based role offering compelling and competitive business travel solutions to a wide audience, ensuring current customers are satisfied and new sales are optimised with incredible travel solutions and service.

About You

You will have proven travel industry account management experience with excellent relationship building and influencing skills, ideally with corporate and government clients.

You will be a natural relationship builder with the ability to understand the market and sell tailored solutions to meet customer needs and ongoing requirements

You will be able to provide risk management, understand data and analytics and work with technology solutions (such as online booking tools)
