About the Company

Our client is a business that has family roots and imports and distributes a wide range of well-known brands in the FMCG and grocery space. They supply quality products and have a reputation for efficient and superior service around the country. The business is in good growth and will continue to bring on board additional brands and products to keep up with the latest consumer trends within the FMCG space.

About the Role

Reporting to the Field Sales Manager you will be responsible for the growth of maintenance of grocery accounts across the Auckland region. The product range is extensive and quite varied, so it essential for the successful candidate to have existing FMCG grocery Territory Manager experience. You will focus on retaining customer volume, sales and profitability through best practice Territory Management, with excellent relationship building and a sound commercial skillset. There are a number of exciting new products being launched over the next 6 months and this is an opportunity to gain experience with launching brand new products to market.

About You

You will come from a strong consumer focussed sales background, preferably from the grocery space. You will be looking for a role to expand your skillset and learn the nuances of new categories. You will need to be ambitious, driven and motivated to exceed targets and build fantastic relationships. You will need to be agile and have quality communication skills to be successful in the role.

A competitive base salary + car/tools + bonus is on offer for the successful candidate.
