Job Description:

We have an urgent temporary, full time role available for an excellent Executive Assistant with a large health care organisation in Auckland. This role will keep you busy, full time, till the end of the year. In this role you will support 4 managers and the wider admin staff.
To be successful in this role, you will have great time management skills and be able to manage competing priorities as this is a very fast paced environment. You will have great communication skills and be able to build strong relationships within a team, with a can do attitude. Those who aren't team players need not apply!
Computer literacy is important for this role, you should be familiar with Microsoft suite and have a good typing speed. You will need to have previous minute taking experience and be able to work weekends when required.
Prior PA/EA experience in is a must, as is minute taking experience.
Duties would include
Minute taking
Diary and travel management
Research and reporting
General administrative duties
Roster coordination
Strong Outlook and Excel
