We are looking for experienced temporary administrators, who have 2 years or more work history in an office environment to join our Temporary team at Beyond Recruitment. We look for reliable, experienced and professional temporary workers to supply to our clients for their business needs.
Typical duties could include
General admin duties for busy teams
Email and phone communication
Processing documentation
Filing, scanning, typing
The skills that make a successful temp are
Excellent communication skills
Strong computer skills
Ability to pick up tasks, processes and systems quickly
A friendly and helpful attitude
Being professional at all times
