About the Role
We are looking for an experienced leader to manage a team of 6-7 agents that are taking calls from Kiwis to insure their luxury vehicles.
Customers that are calling are incredibly passionate about their vehicles, so we are looking for an enthusiastic team leader that can help their team deliver amazing service!
This role will require you to mentor and coach your team to achieve great results with high service levels. In this role, you will be responsible for
Quality assurance, listening to calls and providing feedback
Taking escalation calls when and as required
Conducting regular 1:1’s with your team and conduct team meetings
Monitoring annual and sick leave of direct reports
Managing and handling any internal issues that may arise
The hours for this role are Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm and their offices are based in Ellerslie.
You will be an experienced contact centre Team Leader or 2IC who has worked with a small team of phone based agents. You will have previous experience in the insurance industry or worked within services. Key thing for this role is looking for someone who has previous leadership experience. Skills and experience we are looking for are
Experience in a contact centre environment with call queue monitoring experience
Strong understanding of contact centre KPI’s and daily, weekly statsCoaching and mentoring contact centre agents, managing 1:1s and agent performance
Completing quality assurance checks for direct reports
As this role sits within the insurance sector, we require a clear criminal and credit history and the ability to accept permanent employment in New Zealand without any assistance from an employer.
