About The Role

We are looking for confident and immediately available candidates in Wellington to hit the ground running in temp assignments for the below role types

EA – CE and GM level

PA / Senior Administrators

Team Coordinators

Project Coordinators

Senior Administrators

Typical responsibilities

Supporting a senior staff member or team with their day to day - you have to be comfortable with everything from setting up for events to getting coffees!

Attending Exec meetings and taking minutes

Ordering stationary and office supplies

Assisting with enquiries via phone and email, and diverting as required

Booking and arranging travel

Project supportTeam admin support

About You

The ideal candidate will be intuitive, articulate and polished. It is essential you have excellent communication skills but happy to get your hands stuck in with a variety of roles. No task too big or small!

We also look for the following attributes

Previous experience in any of the above role types

Previous experience in any of the above role types

Government sector would be preferable!

Ability to prioritise tasks in a timely manner

Exceptionally high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Systems savvy with intermediate competency of full MS office suite
