Technical Support Officer

Our client is seeking an experienced Technical Support Officer for to join their North Shore office.
The role will see you taking inbound & outbound technical calls and queries from customers and consumers, plus offering technical and escalation support to internal technicians and external service agents. You will also provide approval for warranty claims of appliances.
This is a hardworking, technical organisation with a fun environment and would suit someone who is customer focused, technically savvy, and has a positive attitude.
To be successful, you will be required to demonstrate the following
Previous Customer Service experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong Administration skills
Outgoing and enthusiastic personality
Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Strong administration skills
Must be resilient
Previous SAP software or CRM experience would be advantageous
This role would suit someone with a mechanical background in the automotive, power tools, printers or electronics industries.
