About the Role

Join an internal corporate team to ensure business continues to run smoothly and all documentation is in order. This key coordination role will be fast-paced with high volumes and your responsibilities will include

Meeting management including bookings, set up, catering arrangements, greeting etc

Coordinating and booking travel and accommodation requirements

High volumes of email management

Complete timesheets, process invoices, manage credit card reconciliations, expenses and reimbursements

Operate as a ‘virtual team’, supporting wider offices across NZ

Work closely with the Senior team on continuous improvement

About You

We are looking for a highly competent individual who thrives in a genuine support role. You will work as a virtual team with other administrators, ensuring a spirit of mutual cooperation and workload sharing.

You will demonstrate a strong commitment to the provision of excellent client service, and be a creative thinker who can contribute positively to developing and implementing solutions for continuous improvement.Other key skills we are looking for

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to handle confidential information appropriately

Experience in a previous team administration support position

Excellent typing and software knowledge, advanced MS Office Skills

Strong ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities

Willing to take responsibility and be personally held to account
