Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to join this well known Security compan y. This vacancy will be working with a high profile, iconic client, leading a team that look after people and high value assets in a 24/7 operation.

The successful applicant will lead a team of 8 and should be able to demonstrate

5 years’ plus experience in the Security industry (or related such as police, emergency management, Forces etc)

A track record in people leadership, training, rostering etc.

Control Room experience

Screen/CCTV experience

NCIS level 4

Proven leadership, great communication, client liaison and conflict resolution skills are essential and you should have initiative in spades.
