Alpha Recruitment is currently seeking driven and hard working Team Administrators for upcoming positions in Central Wellington and the surrounding area.
We have temp and permanent opportunities coming up - with both part time and full time positions to suit you!
You will need to be able to demonstrate that you have
At least one year previous experience working as a team administrator
Knowledge of the machinery of government
At least intermediate level skills in the Microsoft Office Suite
Experience using SharePoint
Experience minute taking
Previous experience at invoice management
Excellent relationship building skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Previous experience working in the private sector can be an advantage for some of our clients
