We are looking for Service Desk Analyst and Desktop Support Engineers for contracting opportunities in Auckland CBD. You will be joining existing teams to assist users in a large enterprise corporate settings with setting up files, applications and new laptop deployments.
To be successful for this role, you will need to have the following technical skills
Windows 10 OS
MS Office Suite
New Laptop deployment
Strong ITIL experience
Strong incident management experience
CCNA or MCSE or similar certification would be advantageous
