Our client is a master in GPS fleet management technology. They are looking for a driven, fast learner with flare and energy to join their highly motivated and close knit team. As the Support Administrator your primary focus will be to answer any enquiries that come through to the company with the goal of delivering the best possible customer experience. As the first port of call for client interactions, you will need to be able to think on your feet, react quickly and have an innate ability to understand the needs of your clients. You will also be supporting the forward-thinking team of five within the office.
This position is a full time role, Monday to Friday based in Rosedale on the North Shore. We are looking for someone that has confidence and can interact with lots of different people across their business and their customer base. Keeping general account managers in the loop with customer enquiries and issues
Manage and resolve all support tickets and emails
Support CRM and Job management software administration
Booking and organising new system installs and liaising with contractors
Detailing and writing up support calls and passing all relevant information over to account managersEnsuring support centre content is continually updated
